This week’s Carnival of the Recipes was hosted at This Mama Cooks! with a diet theme. I’m not a big fan of diet recipes (I’m a big butter fan), but there were some incredible posts included. Some of my favorites: Pork Tenderloin with Grilled Peach-Ginger Chutney, Pumpkin Streusel Muffins, Roasted Garlic Turkey Burgers with Portobello Mushrooms, and Portuguese Pork Tenderloin. Our Ginger-Glazed Carrot Slaw was included.
Just a quick reminder that Catch the Spoon will be hosting the Carnival of the Recipes next week! Submit your recipes, and tune in Sunday for the boozey goodness!
