This week’s Carnival of the Recipes was hosted by The Expatriate’s Kitchen, with an end-of-summer theme. Some of my favorites from the carnival are the watermelon lemonade at Stop the Ride, lemon cheesecake ice cream at Triticale, and the Irish Mist pancakes at Pancake Recipes.  Our sweet tart salad recipe was included.
